As one of the largest event and installation companies, we work for some of the most interesting, private, special interest, corporate, non-profit groups and businesses, tackling over 800 events and over 75 permanent installations per year. We will build sand, paint, cut, saw, sew, design some of the most creative sets and set pieces each year, using technology, music, lighting, and video. At LIVE! we believe in providing some key benefits to attract great talent. Here’s a list of what we offer in the way of healthcare, retirement and rewards.

Holiday

We offer a generous amount of Paid Time Off (PTO) days per calendar year. Because we close for various holidays each year, several of the Standard Paid Time Off (SPTO) days are posted Company Holidays. These are in place to give everyone a well-earned break, but the days remaining can be scheduled at a manager’s discretion. If for some reason you must work during a “Holiday”, we’ll let you utilize the worked day, later as PTO. If you have utilized all Earned Paid Time Off (EPTO) and Standard Paid Time Off (SPTO) We also offer you the chance to ‘buy’ extra days to bump up your annual PTO. Lastly, after depleting available PTO, Short Term Paid Time Off is available based on years of service with the Company for medical related issues.

Company Retirement – 401(k)

Our 401(k) is open to new Associates after successfully completing probationary term. The Company will match a percentage portion of your salary. Vesting is immediate, 100% for both Associate and Company matching.

Health and Dental Plan

We offer an amazing, affordable, optional Health and Dental Plan and all at competitive rates. The Company is sharing the cost with you to keep it very affordable. Within these programs, there are discounts to gyms, workout facilities, smoking cessation programs, free dental exams and x-rays, discounts to organic produce, health screenings, including state and national networks of medical resources.

Profit Sharing

To thank you for your hard work, we may share company profits. There is no guarantee, year to year of this benefit, but we would like to give if we can, as a way to say thanks for all your hard work. The sum paid to you is based on LIVE!’s profit from one year to the next and determined by ownership.

Educational Reimbursement

You can save money on career growth by taking advantage of our educational reimbursement program. Obviously, your education must benefit our organization and apply to your career path.

Training

We know how important it is to keep skills sharp and your career knowledge moving. That’s why we provide divisional training programs tailored to your specific position within the Company. We also offer internal training opportunities to meet the needs of a particular position, department or division. We are always open to new ideas to how we can help you develop still further.

Associate Referral

Live Technologies is always looking for good people, with great talent. Human Resource data proves, new hires funneled into a company through Associate Referrals are excellent contributors, stay with our company longer and are a more cost effective recruit.

Once you join us, referring other people to us, such as friends or past colleagues, could earn you up to $500.00 if they get the job.

Company Social Activities

We are a sociable bunch, with a yearly golf outing, canoe/kayak trips, hockey games, on-site cookouts, and social events organized frequently across our divisions. In addition, we try to hold at least one Company event a year that includes our Associate awards.

Yearly Associate Awards

Each year our Associates nominate and vote for their peers. Each award is based on actions and activities that support the Company mission. At a year-end Company function, winners are presented with custom plaques and generous gift cards.

    Product-Merchandise Discounts

    Once you have successfully completed your probationary term, you will be eligible to purchase certain product at a significant discount.

    Company Car Allowance – Cellular Phone

    If your job and seniority warrant, you maybe provided with a car allowance and/or Company cellular phone.

    Associate Travel Assistance Program

    All Associates now have access to travel assistance services. We have partnered with a 24-hour, toll-free service that provides a comprehensive range of information, referral, coordination and arrangement services designed to respond to most medical care situations, other emergencies you may encounter when you travel including pre-trip assistance including passport/visa requirements, foreign currency, and local/regional/national weather information.

    Long Term Disability

    LIVE! has set up and put in place a Group Long Term Disability (LTD) Insurance Program. Every active, Full-time Associate is eligible for this Free benefit. Once you have successfully completed your probationary term you become active. If proven necessary, the LTD Program would pay out a monthly percentage benefit based your monthly earnings.
