Imagine enclosing the exterior courtyard of a building, originally constructed in 1910, into a multipurpose atrium. Now imagine designing and installing full video, audio and lighting systems for the space made almost entirely of glass and stone. Without losing the facade of the beautiful masonry and providing a solution to the audio challenges of so many glass surfaces, LIVE! designed a unique system, which projects sound from the front steps of the room. In order to match the look of the stone steps, LIVE!’s fabrication shop created custom, dyed grill cloth to cover the speakers.
LIVE! designed and installed architectural lighting, 13 pan/tilt video cameras throughout the lab, custom record rack with hard drive storage, and a control system with remote programming.
LIVE! designed and installed full video system with mounted cameras and projection, as well as an audio system with custom speakers and architectural lighting.
